SugarCRM has changed the game for sales teams everywhere by releasing SugarPredict, the first data-fueled artificial intelligence (A.I.) for CRM. It gives companies unprecedented levels of prediction accuracy without the time, cost, and technical expertise typically required to take advantage of A.I.
Now, Sugar users can incorporate it’s A.I. capabilities to analyze and provide predictive insight within and across SugarCRM applications.
For instance, Sugar Sell incorporates the artificial intelligence (A.I.) capabilities of SugarPredict to give you predictive insight into your lead and opportunity data, enabling you to convert leads and close opportunities faster and more consistently.
SugarPredict for Sugar Sell takes the guesswork out of:
- Finding Ideal Company Profile (ICP) and which leads align with it
- Lead scoring and prioritization for sellers
- Pipeline assessment with opportunity/win analysis
SugarPredict is a free and always-on capability for Sugar Sell customers. Note, these new A.I. capabilities will roll out to Sugar Market and Sugar Serve customers later this year.
How does SugarPredict work?
The A.I. capabilities of SugarPredict can provide insights into leads and opportunities before any initial research is done by a sales team member. This information can help your sales organization in the following ways:

Enabling SugarPredict
SugarPredict must be enabled for your instance by SugarCRM and only some SugarCloud instances are compatible with it.
Your Sugar instance must meet the following prerequisites to qualify for using SugarPredict for Sugar Sell:
- Version 10.3 or higher.
- Licensed for Sugar Sell.
- SugarIdentity-enabled.
- Must contain sufficient data to qualify.
